The April meeting of Sussex County P-FLAG will take place on Wednesday April 17th, at 7 p.m. at the Sparta United Methodist Church, 71 Sparta Avenue. Zoe Heath, President of Sussex Pride, will be joining the meeting to solicit input on community activities for the Sussex Pride Celebration on Saturday June 8th. The remainder of the meeting will consist of support groups. Refreshments will be served.
P-FLAG is an organization that helps support LGBTQIA+ people and their families, provides community education, and advocates for LGBTQIA+ issues. All who recognize the importance of this mission and would find this support valuable are welcome to attend. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
