Operation Lift Lift One is collecting donations for hurricane disaster relief in the Carolinas for those affected by Hurricane Helene.
Donations can be made at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Sparta weekdays between 9am and 3pm.
Urgently-needed items include:
- New baby bottles/formula/diapers
- Sealed medicine
- Gallon-sized bags/trash bags/empty boxes
- Work gloves/masks
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Hand can openers, small first aid kits
- Portable phone chargers
- New bed pillows/pillowcases
- Food storage containers
Less urgently-needed items include:
- Water, non-perishable food, snacks
- Hygiene items, feminine hygiene items, adult diapers
- Towels/blankets
- Paper towels/toilet paper/wipes
- Five gallon buckets
- New gas cans/extension cords, portable electric lanterns/generators
- Charcoal/candles
- Cleaning Supplies
Freight trucks and airlift are on standby to transport all donated goods. Help gather and deliver a million pounds of supplies from across the entire state of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania!
Donations are also accepted at the Loyola Jesuit Center in Morristown, NJ and at Peter Brothers Trucking in Lenhartsville, PA.
