Police in Rancho Tehama found the body of Kevin Neal's wife hidden beneath the floor of the residence, reports the Los Angeles Times. She had been shot multiple times. "We believe that's probably what started this whole event," said Tehama County Assistant Sheriff Phil Johnston on Wednesday, per the AP.
