President Donald Trump is condemning North Korea. During the State of the Union address, Trump said no regime has oppressed its own citizens more totally or brutally than the "cruel dictatorship" in North Korea. He warned that the North's reckless pursuit of nuclear missiles could soon threaten the U.S. homeland. Trump said a U.S.-led campaign of "maximum pressure" on North Korea will continue.
He also slammed the North for its treatment of U.S. student Otto Warmbier, who died after being held captive in North Korea for more than a year.
