What a story this is. A Ridgewood woman was arrested for allegedly stranding a cable TV worker in his utility bucket.
The woman climbed into the worker's Optimum truck and cut the power to the bucket, leaving the worker stranded in mid-air. She then took equipment out of the truck and walked away, according to an account by the police captain.
Officers arrived to find the worker stranded in his bucket.
The woman was placed under arrest and charged with false imprisonment, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
I'm not too fond of my cable service either, but this is certainly going to extremes.
