Relief is in sight for those still 'powerless'

We just spoke to the folks at JCP&L. Yesterday there were approximately 20,000 residents without power . Going into today they are down to 4,000.
They say the remaining JCP&L customers in Sussex county who are still without power should be restored by the end of the day today!
