The weather looks great for the annual Branchville Halloween Costume parade, set to begin at 5:30 this afternoon. The event is sponsored by the Branchville Businessmen's Association, Selective Insurance and Franklin Mutual Insurance. Attendees in costume will be eligible for contests, split up among age groups. Hot dogs, doughnuts and cider will be available.
