Spring Street in Newton turns into a magical fair this Saturday afternoon called "WizardCon."
BigBrothers Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey are presenting the event with the Town of Newton and the Greater Newton Chamber of Commerce right after the holiday parade this Saturday. This is an all-ages event with centaurs, fairies, elves, musical performances and characters from books and movies. Organizers are promising a charmed event "full of real-life quidditch, spells, potions and lore." It sounds like fun for the whole family.
WizardCon is part of Small Business Saturday and will take place on Spring Street from 1:30 to 5:30p this Saturday, November 24th.
