Legal Marijuana Vote Expected Today in New Jersey

A bill package that includes marijuana legalization in New Jersey is expected to be voted on today in a joint session of the Senate and Assembly budget committees.  If the bill is passed, it would advance to floor votes in both chambers -- which could happen as soon as next month -- and then to Governor Murphy's desk, where he is expected to sign it into law.

The hearings are expected to begin at 10am on Monday.

NorthJersey.com has a story about the hearings today, and what's included in the bill package.
