Here's your chance to be in an HBO series.
A company called Rita Powers Casting is holding an open call this Saturday afternoon in Poughkeepsie. The address for the call is 14 Civic Center Drive. That's the Mid-Hudson Civic Center.
The series is called "I Know This Much is True." It is described as a family saga that follows the lives of identical twin brothers in a story of "betrayal, sacrifice and forgiveness set against the backdrop of 20th-century America.” Mark Ruffalo will star in a dual role as the brothers.
Casting personnel are looking for Italians and African-Americans of all ages, dark-haired babies newborn to 12 months, and dark-haired Caucasion male twins. Local hires only, both union and non-union. Shooting will take place between April 9th and September 30th.
