A 64-year-old Wantage man is in the county jail after authorities say he was operating a heroin production facility out of his home and selling it in and around Franklin Borough. Anthony V. Cimbaro, 64, is facing multiple charges stemming from his Monday arrest including first-degree operating a controlled dangerous substance production facility and two counts of possession of heroin.
