See growing list of N.J. towns banning plastic bags (click pic for link)

I was in NY (Long Island, actually) this week and I noticed they charge 5 cents per plastic bag in Target. Some NJ towns are banning plastic bags, altogether. Here is a link to those towns that may have a ban or soon will have a ban. I guess "Double bagging" is out of the question!
