Fredon Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Distribution of LSD

A Fredon man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for distribution of LSD. According to the New Jersey Herald, Blake Pupo was convicted on two counts of first-degree LSD distribution, one count of second-degree conspiracy to distribute LSD and one count of fourth-degree possession of marijuana.

The 36-year-old was one of two men arrested by the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force during an undercover investigation. His co-defendant Kevin Dilks, of Hopatcong, was sentenced to 12 years in prison as part of a plea deal.

Pupo was offered two plea deals prior to his conviction, one for a 10-years prison sentence and another for a 13-year prison sentence. He declined both offers.
