Franklin Man Arrested for Operating a Facility to Manufacture Heroin

Three Franklin residents were arrested on Monday after an investigation into the sale of heroin in Sussex County. According to the New Jersey Herald, Tamarri Valentine was charged with several things including first-degree maintaining/operating a facility to manufacture heroin and second-degree possession of a firearm while committing a crime.

The 34-year-old allegedly had 600 bags of heroin in his Main Street apartment along with cocaine, ecstasy and fentanyl. Stacy Sisco, 37, was reportedly charged with third-degree aiding in the distribution of heroin, third-degree distributing heroin, third-degree possession of heroin, and a disorderly persons offense.

Her boyfriend Joseph Bartek, 37, was reportedly charged with third-degree possession of heroin and a disorderly persons offense.
