The first trailer for "Happy Gilmore 2" has been released, showcasing familiar scenes from New Jersey's golf courses and country clubs, including Fiddler's Elbow in Bedminster and locations in Kearny, Newark, Clifton, West Orange, South Orange, and Middletown. The film marks Adam Sandler's return as the iconic golfer, now navigating the challenges posed by younger stars on the PGA Tour.

The sequel, set to premiere on Netflix on July 25, reunites Sandler with original cast members such as Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Christopher McDonald. New additions to the cast include Bad Bunny, Travis Kelce, and Margaret Qualley. The trailer teases a comedic scene where Happy Gilmore critiques a bust of himself among golfing legends like Arnold Palmer and Tiger Woods.

Directed by Kyle Newacheck and written by Sandler and Tim Herlihy, "Happy Gilmore 2" promises a blend of nostalgia and new adventures. The film also features cameos from professional golfers, including Jack Nicklaus, and a special appearance by Eminem. Sandler's daughters, Sadie and Sunny, also join the cast.

The original "Happy Gilmore," released in 1996, was a major success, grossing over $41 million worldwide. Fans of the original film can look forward to more laughs and golf antics when the sequel streams this summer.
