The Times Herald Record reports that tree clearing has continued at the Legoland New York construction site in Goshen.
A four-judge panel in Brooklyn gave Legoland the green light earlier in the week. A lawyer for the opposing group -- Concerned Citizens for the Hudson Valley -- interestingly withheld comment when asked what the opposition's next move will be.
Merlin Entertainment says they are on schedule to open Legoland New York in the spring of 2020. The 130-acre theme park is being built on a 500-acre plot off Exit 125 on Route 17 in Goshen.
