Governor Murphy wants legal weed in New Jersey by Jan 1

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has included $60 million in revenue from legalized marijuana in his first state budget.

So the Governor is intent on seeing recreational use of marijuana legal in the Garden State before the end of the year.

Many state lawmakers are still against -- or undecided - when it comes to legal weed in New Jersey.
