Once again, Simone Biles proved she's one of the greatest gymnasts of all time by making history twice in one week at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri.
On Friday, August 9 Simone became the first person in history to perform a double double (two twists and two flips) dismount on the balance beam in competition. Then on Sunday, August 11 she became the first woman in history to land a triple double (three twists and two flips) during the floor routine in competition.
She went on to win the all-around title for the sixth consecutive year and according to Team USA, Simone is the first woman in nearly 70 years to win the all-around title six times.
