Donations Being Collected for Blairstown Family After Fire Destroys Home

The Blairstown Police Department, Blairstown Hose Company #1 and Blairstown Ambulance Corps are collecting donation for a township family after a fire destroyed their home on Monday. According to the New Jersey Herald, the fire broke out early Monday morning and firefighters rushed to the scene around 3:50am.

The house was a total loss and all three vehicles in the garage were destroyed. Luckily all three residents were able to escape unharmed.

Those willing to donate gift cards so the family can purchase food and/or clothing can drop them off Blairstown Police Headquarters, located at 106 Route 94.
