NJ Malls Reopen with Capacity Limits, Face Masks, Social Distancing & More

New Jersey malls are reopening today months after being shuttered due to COVID-19. According to NJ.com these are the rules in place for malls to operate:

  • 50% capacity limits
  • Customers and employees, except for those with medical conditions and children under 2, are required to wear face coverings at all times.
  • Communal seating, food courts, movie theaters, arcades, valet parking, vending machines, stroller rentals, and communal play areas must remain closed.
  • Kiosks are open but customers must remain 6 feet apart at all times.
