CKO Kickboxing in Franklin, which filed a lawsuit against Governor Phil Murphy earlier this month, is closing its doors at the end of October. In a press release from Rescue New Jersey, Darlene Pallay said she "can't even make a dent" in her rent due to coronavirus restrictions on businesses and she doesn't see Murphy increasing occupancy limitations anytime soon.

Businesses are currently allowed to operate at only 25% capacity and unfortunately, Pallay said her business has decreased from 200 members to just 20 since the shutdown began in March.
